Draft: to be reviewed by a lawyer before launch. Some details, such as the support email and refund rule, are provisional.
These terms are an agreement between you and ABC AI Concepts Limited, which runs Gungfu. By creating an account or using the website, the iOS app or the Chrome extension, you agree to them.
We recommend jobs, explain how well they fit, prepare application materials, help fill forms and coach you. You decide where to apply and you send every application yourself. We never submit an application for you.
Job information comes from public sources and may be out of date or wrong. Check the employer’s own page before you apply. We don’t promise that you’ll get interviews or offers.
Tailored CVs, cover letters, drafts and coaching are prepared with AI from the facts you’ve confirmed. AI can make mistakes. Read everything before you send it, and don’t send anything that isn’t true. You’re responsible for what you submit.
The extension fills forms only with data you’ve confirmed, never presses Submit, and isn’t available on job boards. Check every filled field before you submit. See the extension page.

You can stop using Gungfu and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we’ll tell you why unless the law prevents it.
We provide the service with care, but as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, or for decisions made by employers or job boards. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, and the courts of Hong Kong.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you before the change takes effect. Questions: support@gungfu.example.
